Things to do in the Charlotte Area this October!
If you are looking to stock up on pumpkins, apples and all things fall, check out the Charlotte Farmers Market. they are open Tuesday through Saturday 8am to 5pm October through March.
In the racing world : Nascar Nationwide 300 is October 10th, followed by the Bank of America 500 on the 11th.
If you like football there's three home Panther games October, 5th, 26th and 30th. Whether you like to go to the games or hang out at tailgate the weather is bound to be perfect and Carolina fans are always quick to welcome newcomers.
October 25 is the 14th Annual Rich & Bennetts Halloween Pub Crawl at 1pm, followed by Gravediggers Ball in the Old Dixie's parking lot off 7th street.

Charlotte NC Real Estate Sales!
Charlotte, NC has fewer real estate property listings than a year ago, but what is on the market is selling faster. According to the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, in July 2014, closed sales rose an estimated 6% while real estate inventory fell an estimated 5% from the previous year.
From July 2013 to July 2014, median prices of Charlotte-area homes sold rose 5.5%, and home sellers are currently averaging 95% of their listing price. According to CNBC, Charlotte’s market stats include a median sales price of $217,350, inventory of 10667 properties, and inventory on the market for an estimated 61 days.
According to a report released by Redfin, sellers are becoming more practical by lowering list prices and negotiating more. This is good news for real estate investors as they will need to purchase properties at a discount to get high return on investments. Affordability is key, where prices are increasing by lack of supply.
